The Spatulata (often known as stucco) finish is pure luxury. Pioneered by the Egyptians, improved by the Romans, it became known as ‘stucco lustro veneziano’ by the Venetians. Modern additives have greatly improved the working characteristics enabling it to be successfully applied in just 3-4 layers and polished to a glassy shine with a small steel blade or trowel.
Stucco is the common term for portland cement plaster, is a popular exterior finish for buildings. It provides an economical hard surface that is rot, rust, and fire resistant, which can be colored and finished in a wide range of textures to adorn any architectural style.
Available in 67 standard colours.
